Monitoring and controlling the green covers in Andalusia

A year has already passed since we planted in Almería nd everything seems to have adapted to the area very well, growing and blossoming nicely.

The mix of seeds was composed in order to use it as sheep forage. A total surface of 1 ha was planted in late November 2017 and the mix consisted in: 60% Avena Strigosa (black oat); 30% Vicia Sativa (common Vetch); 5% Vicia Ervilia (bitter Vetch) and  5% Hordeum vulgare (Barley).
Some aromatic species where also included in some areas.

The precious monitoring was realized in October de 2018. In that occasion it was observed specifically the roots growth and Mycorrhizas presence.
