After checking the quality of planting material and training of local staff, the teams of Volterra and LLC started the plantation activities in Tous. In this area, that frequently suffers from forest fires, the project will plant a variety of tree species, including Holm Oak (Quercus ilex), Olive (Olea europaea), Carob tree (Ceratonia siliqua) Pine trees (Pinus spp.).
